NCHL CEO Honored with “Manager of the Year 2025” Award by MAN

Kathmandu – Mr. Neelesh Man Singh Pradhan, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (NCHL), has been conferred with the prestigious “Manager of the Year 2025” award by the Management Association of Nepal (MAN) during their 45^th National Management Convention 2026.

The award recognizes Mr. Pradhan’s outstanding strategic vision, and significant contributions to the advancement of Nepal’s digital payment infrastructure and his leadership at NCHL in establishing over 10 national-level systemically important payment infrastructures including NCHL-ECC, NCHL-IPS, RPS, NPS, connectIPS, CORPORATEPAY, NEPALPAY QR, NEPALPAY Card, EFT Switch, NPI and NPIx. Mr. Pradhan has led NCHL since 2011 and has transformed NCHL from electronic cheque clearing into payment infrastructure backbone of Nepal.

The Manager of the Year award is one of MAN’s most esteemed recognitions in the management sector, presented annually to a distinguished professional to honor and celebrate outstanding performance among practicing managers and contribution in management development. During the convention, MAN also honored Dr. Yubaraj Khatiwada with Lifetime Achievement Award for his impeccable contribution in Nepal.

The National Management Convention 2026 brought together senior leaders, policymakers, academics, and management professionals from across the country, serving as a platform to celebrate excellence in leadership and discuss emerging trends in management and economic development.
